Stretch after your shower

We always stretch you out in your personal training session during your warm-up and especially your cool-down. If you’re feeling extra tight, a great way to loosen up is to stretch after your body is nice and warm from a shower or bath. Sometimes we are tense from strain on our muscles from a workout, but many times its from posture and tension we hold throughout our days. You may notice this if you sit or stand in the same position for many hours of the day, or if are experiencing higher mental or physical stress.

Many athletes also use this trick to help recover and stay flexible. Pick 5 of your favorite stretches and hold each for at least 30 seconds after your soak. Feel your stress and tension melt away!
