Try to limit your ‘blue light’ exposure after the sun goes down. Our circadian rhythms get all out of whack when our brains are getting daytime cues from screens and bright lights at night. If limiting light at night sounds near impossible, get blue light blocking glasses! You can also switch any lights you keep on it turn on during the night to red light.
