Your workout is functional with us at Find the Core

The hours you put in exercising have great benefits on their own and are vital to our health. Increasing your heart rate and stressing your muscles, practicing your balance and relaxing into flexibility lead to increased wellness. But we know our clients also want to know and see how their workouts will positively affect their daily activities. 

And it’s hard to always say exercise A will help you with daily activity A. 

But there is clear evidence that a structured, evidence based workout program does lead to an increase in functional activity. Meaning an increase in ease and less pain in your daily activities! So good news! But still hard to always understand during your workouts. And especially hard to see your progression within sessions because we trainers are always making your circuits more challenging :) But these workouts are moving you forward, its not a perfectly linear, but what in life is? Skills like balance can be great one day and then off the next. However, this doesn’t mean you need to question your balance in everyday life. It is improving if you are consistently practicing. And if you are working with us you know you are staying consistent!
