Shake it up with these protein shake mix-ins

Three smoothie mix-ins that will increase the nutrition of your shake a ton!

  • Ground flax seeds: omegas, lignans and fiber. Plus it adds a little sweetness!

  • Chia seeds: antioxidants, complete protein, fiber and omegas. Some people love the texture this adds, others, not so much.

  • Spinach: Vitamins K, C, A, folate, iron, magnesium and antioxidants.We recommend buying fresh and freezing ahead of time, you can't even taste it!
