Add magnesium to your bath
Unfortunately, our soil is very depleted in many nutrients and minerals that used to be in abundance. Magnesium is one of them and we are seeing the negative side effects of this. Since its really hard to get enough in our diets alone, FTC recommends adding it in via supplementation. We can tell you a few other ways with powders and capsules if you'd rather, but an easy way to add it in safely is with epsom salt in your bath or as a foot soak.
Low magnesium symptoms can include trouble sleeping and extra sore muscles. Getting in a magnesium bath can help with both of these! Great for kids too.
Adults, feel free to light a candle, bring a favorite book or glass of wine to add to the stress relief effect of soaking!
