We like to incorporate boxing into all of our clients workouts if they are open to it! Not everyone needs a punching bag as there are many aspects we can add in without gear.


Boxing is great for all ages. It strengthens your entire body, builds cardio endurance, increases your coordination, balance and stabilization, is a great stress relief! Whether you have a punching bag or not, our trainers can work with you to build a boxing routine into your fitness plan. 


It challenges your core muscles in a very functional and reactive manner. While it also builds your upper and lower body muscles, A.K.A a full body workout. It is hard to find a better practice of coordination than boxing in a personal training session. Along with coordination, it also improves our functional balance and stabilizing muscles. This helps us do our daily activities easier and with less chance of injury or fall risk. And stress relief! Hitting the bag or air allows the tension you’re holding to fall away. Or you can picture who you need to hit ;)


Many of our older clients have become huge fans of boxing workouts. Especially the ones who were hesitant or afraid to begin boxing. They have noticed improved balance in everyday life and a surge in energy that carries them through their day. They also feel so much stronger and more confident in themselves.
