Hi! I'm Cassy, the founder of Find the Core Fitness! I hope this finds you well. Whether you are cuddled up on an icy cold day or on a crazy humid scorcher, what I'm here to help you with lasts through the seasons. What we want to do is help you feel your best! Through in home, at work, wherever you choose, we come to you and lead you through effective, safe, and fun workouts. We are certified personal trainers who are passionate about showing others the magic of movement. This magic consists of changes within your body that are encouraged by the chemical reactions and hormone production initiated by physical exertion. These internal factors are expressed externally through increased energy levels, an ability to be more productive, and an overall improved feeling of physical and mental strength and clarity.You are here because you’ve maybe heard of personal training or want to get into exercise and fitness but don’t want to go to a gym. Maybe you don’t have time to go to a gym or you don’t feel like traveling to and from a gym and dealing with locker rooms and sharing equipment and being inside a gym. Or maybe you aren’t comfortable going to a gym and you’d rather have someone come to your home. Either way, our personal trainers are here for you, wherever you want them to come. We'll travel to your home or your workplace and transform the space you have into the perfect spot to achieve your fitness goals through the guidance and accountability of a personal trainer. How to know if we are the right fit? Are you looking to feel better in your skin, to find inner confidence, strength, and power? Our certified trainers will come to your home and lead you through a completely personalized effective and efficient workout with exercises built around your specific needs and your current ability level. Maybe you are looking for senior fitness to focus completely on finding balance, core strength, and flexibility; getting up and down off the floor and standing up confident and tall with improved posture. Regardless of if you are a senior or older adult or not, you're a child at heart that is stiff, but ready to get moving! We can help you feel your best, feel younger, move better, and do more of the things you want to do daily with less pain and more fluidity! Maybe you want workouts focused on power and strength to boost your energy and give you endorphins for the entire day, or workouts to build and tone, or maybe a weight loss program as efficient as can be with cardio and intervals. We have those workouts full of exercise sequences and programs and they are brought right to your home making them fun and enjoyable so time flies!We also have a passion for working with soon to be or new parents. Working out during pregnancy, or prenatal fitness, needs to be safe and that is where a personal trainer comes in. We will keep mom and baby safe and have exercises for strength and flexibility to keep you healthy during pregnancy and help with labor itself.  Then, postnatal, after baby arrives, you've already built a fitness habit, so you will definitely want to keep working with your trainer at home while baby naps. Safety is key here, and helping any aches and pains of new parenthood! And of course focusing on having mom as strong and fit as possible to keep up with your growing baby!Our trainers are passionate and focused on helping others feel their best, but understand that everyone has their own preference in workout environments. We are not scary drill sergeants, but our goal is to come into your home for an hour and leave with you feeling confident in your own skin! Our top priority is to keep you safe and on track towards your fitness goals.
