Good bacteria
I want to share some information about bacteria. Not the gross kind that has us all carrying Germ-X with us everywhere, but the good kind that can help minimize some of the negative effects of our not-perfect diets and promote a healthy digestive tract. These bacteria are more commonly known as Probiotics. Probiotics are very "in" right now, and you've probably heard about them from me or other wellness professionals in your life. I'm nowhere near an expert on this topic, but I HAVE experienced the benefits of regularly taking a probiotic supplement!
