Senior Fitness Series: Quality of Life 

Some seniors reading this considering working with an at home personal trainer might have some fears. I can assure you we are not going to come to your house with a whole bunch of crazy contraptions and lead you through an hour of painful movements with sweat drenching your shirt. Far from it.

We want to improve your quality of life through movement and we want you to enjoy your personal training sessions. We will learn who you are and build a relationship to help build your program. We want to educate you so you understand why a specific exercise is helpful. 

What makes up each person's quality of life is just as unique as the individual. But we all share that the breakdown of a high quality of life includes your emotional, physical and psychological well being. At Find the Core Fitness, our personal trainers have seen the difference a structured fitness plan can have on all three of these.

Physical exercise can improve everyone’s emotion and psychological well being in addition to your physical state. We have witnessed this happening to our in home personal training clients and we have seen how this has affected their day to day life and their outlook on their future.
